Features
What Rose of Jericho helps you carry.
Not a system to keep up with. A quiet place to put things down — and find them again when you need them.
Keep your health story together.
Everything you record lives in one journal, organized and ready to look back across.
- Symptoms Type, severity, and timing, in your own words.
- Foods and reactions What you ate and what followed.
- Medications and supplements Doses, schedules, and the ingredients in them.
- Labs and vitals Values you enter yourself, kept together over time.
- Measurements Weight, temperature, and anything else you count.
- Appointments What's coming, and notes on what was said.
- Notes and journaling The things that don't fit a category.
Tend your daily rhythms.
Routines for the things that keep you steady — medications, supplements, water, sunlight, movement, rest, devotional time, and anything else you choose. None of them are streaks. The rose on your home screen reflects what you have tended over time; it rests when you rest, and it never dies because you missed a week.
An untracked day is a blank page, not a broken chain.
See patterns over time.
Your history is laid out so you can look back across it — how a symptom moved, how a lab value changed, what was happening around the weeks that were hard. The app shows you your own record clearly. It does not diagnose, score, or interpret it. Recognizing a pattern is yours to do, ideally with someone qualified beside you.
Cycle health without assumptions.
Cycles can look very different when you are chronically ill, postpartum, grieving a loss, approaching menopause, or living with an unpredictable body. Rose of Jericho records what your body is actually doing instead of insisting on a textbook pattern. Pregnancy can be tracked gently, and if you record a loss, the app listens — it will never keep sending cheerful notifications afterward. When something changes, you tell it once, and it responds with care.
Faith, in its own place.
The Anchor space holds a daily verse, written prayers, declarations, and a practice for releasing what you have been carrying and replacing it with truth. Scripture can address God by the names you choose. All of it is optional, all of it is free, and none of it ever appears over your clinical records. Every faith feature can be turned off in Settings — and turned back on when you want it.
Bring your records with you.
When an appointment comes, Rose of Jericho can gather what you've recorded into a clear, readable summary — and produce a current medication and supplement list — so you walk in with your history in hand instead of reconstructing it from memory in a waiting room.
Learn without overwhelm.
In developmentA library of calm, plain-language notes about foods, ingredients, supplements, and supportive therapies is being written now — enough to help you understand what you're already encountering and ask better questions, never a hundred new rules. Education, not medical advice.
Rose of Jericho is in development for iPhone and Android.
